isn't it true for every kind of photography? Everybody can take a portrait or a landscape photo. But not everybody can take a GOOD one. Not everybody can take a GOOD street photo, and this is a good street photo. It is visually appealing and it captures a great contrast between a young and brisk girl and an oldman with a stick. Street photos are candid, people are not posing. The photographer has to see and react fast to capture a meaningful scene. It is not that easy, you shoud try :-)
